Accurate reporting is the foundation of data-driven decision-making, and this role focuses on building a structured and insightful monthly sales reporting system. The Data Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to translate raw data into clear, actionable reports that highlight performance trends and opportunities for growth.
The project involves developing dynamic Power BI dashboards and Excel-based reports that capture real-time sales performance. The analyst will connect multiple data sources, clean and transform data using SQL and DAX, and ensure that every report reflects accurate, up-to-date metrics.
A strong emphasis will be placed on data visualization, allowing complex data sets to be easily understood by sales and management teams. The reports will include metrics like revenue by region, customer segments, product performance, and profit margins.
Key responsibilities include automating report generation, validating data accuracy, and applying filters for comparative analysis between different time periods or business units. The analyst will also work to identify data inconsistencies and implement correction processes.
