Your expertise will help align the platform’s policies with GDPR, local data laws, and industry-specific compliance requirements.
You’ll review existing legal frameworks to identify areas of risk, ambiguity, or non-compliance. This includes assessing how data is collected, processed, and shared, ensuring full transparency for users. Recommendations will be practical, balancing legal obligations with business needs to avoid unnecessary restrictions or complex workflows. Collaboration with technical and management teams will be critical to ensure your legal insights align with operational realities.
As part of the process, you’ll also help create scalable legal templates and guidelines that can evolve as the SaaS platform expands to new markets.
