The Customer Support Representative (Bilingual EN/FR) will act as the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues through live chat, email, and ticketing platforms. Professionalism, empathy, and clarity will be the foundation of every interaction.
Fluency in both English and French is essential for this role, as you’ll be assisting customers across different regions. You’ll ensure seamless communication, whether guiding a French-speaking user through troubleshooting steps or responding to English-language support requests. Consistency and tone will remain friendly, informative, and on-brand in both languages.
The position requires familiarity with CRM systems and ticket management tools. You’ll track cases from submission to resolution, maintaining accurate records and ensuring that every request is addressed promptly. Organization and attention to detail will help prevent missed follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
You’ll assist with password resets, account setup, product usage questions, and general troubleshooting. Escalating complex issues to higher-level support or technical teams will also be part of your workflow. Your role is to ensure quick, accurate, and courteous responses that reflect the company’s commitment to quality service.
