Running effective paid media campaigns takes more than ad spend — it demands strategy, creativity, and continuous optimization. The Marketing Specialist in this role will take ownership of managing and improving paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads, ensuring that every dollar spent delivers measurable value.

Your primary focus will be driving lead generation and conversions through well-targeted, data-driven campaigns. You’ll handle campaign setup, monitor performance, and adjust bidding strategies to maintain efficiency. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail will help ensure that no insight or opportunity is missed.

Understanding audience segmentation will be vital. You’ll identify high-performing demographics, behaviors, and interests to build audiences that convert. This includes using remarketing tactics to re-engage previous visitors and maximize ROI from existing traffic sources.

You’ll also play an active role in creative strategy — working alongside designers and copywriters to craft ad creatives that stand out. From writing persuasive ad headlines to selecting eye-catching visuals, every campaign asset should contribute to a consistent brand message.
