Fashion moves fast, and so does great content. We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who understands trends, aesthetics, and timing — someone who can translate a brand’s personality into scroll-stopping posts across Instagram and TikTok.
You’ll be responsible for planning and managing campaigns that increase engagement, strengthen visual identity, and grow a loyal community. The goal is to turn followers into brand advocates through storytelling, consistency, and creativity.
This isn’t about posting randomly — it’s about creating a social rhythm. You’ll schedule, plan, and coordinate content that aligns with upcoming product launches, events, and seasonal drops.
Your Core Responsibilities:
Develop and execute content calendars tailored to fashion audiences.
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement across Instagram and TikTok.
Write captions that balance clarity, emotion, and brand tone.
Work with designers to create graphics and reels using Canva or similar tools.
Monitor analytics to track growth and optimize content strategies.
Understanding current trends and influencer culture will be key. You’ll need to know what’s trending today, what’s fading tomorrow, and how to adapt a brand’s identity without losing authenticity.
