We’re seeking a UI/UX Designer to help modernize and simplify an existing corporate portal, transforming it into a more user-friendly, visually engaging, and accessible experience. The portal currently serves as a central hub for internal teams, housing reports, communication tools, and document management systems. Your goal will be to enhance usability, consistency, and overall visual appeal while maintaining a professional corporate aesthetic.
You’ll begin by conducting UX research — reviewing current workflows, identifying user pain points, and understanding how different departments interact with the system. These insights will help shape wireframes and prototypes that reflect real user needs. The design process will prioritize simplicity and clarity, ensuring navigation and content organization feel intuitive, even for non-technical users. Accessibility will be a top priority, following established standards to ensure every employee can use the portal without barriers.
Using Figma or Adobe XD, you’ll design high-fidelity prototypes that demonstrate layout, hierarchy, and interaction flow. Each screen should feel cohesive, clean, and optimized for scalability as the company adds new modules or features. Attention to typography, spacing, and visual balance will be essential to achieving a professional and modern look.
