Managing remote teams requires more than scheduling and updates — it’s about coordination, clarity, and accountability. We’re looking for a Project Manager experienced in Agile and Scrum who can guide distributed teams toward delivering consistent, high-quality results.
Your main responsibility will be to organize project sprints, manage task prioritization, and ensure all stakeholders stay aligned on deliverables. A structured approach and strong communication skills will be key to success.
You’ll work in tools like Jira and Confluence, setting up sprint boards, tracking progress, and ensuring backlog grooming happens regularly. Every sprint should have clear goals, owners, and measurable outcomes.
Understanding team dynamics will be critical. Each team member will have different time zones, work habits, and communication preferences — your job is to keep collaboration smooth without micromanaging.
Regular stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives will form the foundation of your project rhythm. You’ll make sure that meetings are productive and lead to actionable improvements rather than routine check-ins.
You’ll also manage documentation and reporting, translating technical updates into concise progress summaries for leadership and clients. These reports should highlight achievements, blockers, and forecasts.
