Data protection is no longer optional — it’s a core part of how responsible businesses operate. We’re hiring a Legal Consultant to help draft and refine company policies that align fully with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The consultant will ensure that every clause, statement, and disclosure reflects both legal compliance and practical applicability across international operations.
Your role will include conducting a full audit of existing policies to identify gaps and inconsistencies with GDPR standards. From there, you’ll draft updated documents such as Privacy Policies, Data Processing Agreements, and Cookie Policies that clearly define how personal data is collected, processed, and stored. Each policy should be transparent, easy to understand, and tailored to the organization’s business model while maintaining legal rigor.
Beyond document drafting, you’ll provide guidance on data protection principles, ensuring internal teams understand obligations related to consent management, data subject rights, breach notifications, and lawful processing. Advising on policy implementation will also be part of your work — ensuring that compliance is integrated not only on paper but in operational workflows.
