We’re looking for a Mobile QA Tester who can methodically evaluate iOS and Android applications to identify bugs, performance issues, and usability gaps before release. Your focus will be on ensuring every feature works smoothly across different devices, operating systems, and screen sizes.
The position involves hands-on testing using tools like TestFlight for iOS and Android Studio for Android builds. You’ll execute manual test cases, perform exploratory testing, and verify bug fixes through regression cycles. Each finding should be carefully documented, categorized by severity, and communicated clearly to the development team for prompt resolution. Attention to accuracy and repeatability in testing steps will be key to maintaining quality.
A good understanding of mobile UI/UX patterns will help you spot inconsistencies that might affect user experience. You’ll also test workflows for navigation, responsiveness, and device-specific behaviors — including permissions, notifications, and offline states. Screenshots, videos, and log details will support your bug reports, helping engineers reproduce issues quickly and accurately.
