Planning and executing successful webinars takes coordination, attention to detail, and strong communication. We’re hiring a marketing coordinator who can handle all aspects of webinar campaigns — from content planning to post-event analytics — with confidence and precision.
The role focuses on organizing webinars that educate, engage, and convert. You’ll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop content calendars, write promotional emails, and manage event logistics across multiple time zones.
Writing will be a key part of your day-to-day work. You’ll craft clear and compelling copy for invitations, follow-up emails, and landing pages — ensuring tone and messaging align with the brand’s professional image.
You’ll also collaborate with speakers, hosts, and technical staff to ensure each event runs smoothly. That includes setting up webinar tools, managing attendee lists, scheduling reminders, and preparing analytics reports once the session is complete.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinating the full webinar lifecycle — planning, promotion, execution, and analysis.
Creating and proofreading marketing materials, including email campaigns and slide decks.
Managing registration systems, reminders, and attendee communications.
Tracking engagement metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
