Every great product needs a great support experience, and that’s where you come in. We’re looking for a bilingual customer support representative who can connect with users in both English and Spanish, providing fast, empathetic, and accurate assistance.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out via live chat, email, and ticketing systems. Whether they’re reporting an issue, asking for help, or just trying to understand a feature better, your role will be to guide them with patience and professionalism.
Clarity in communication is everything. You should be able to take technical details, simplify them, and communicate them in a way that users can understand — regardless of their experience level.
The role also involves documenting recurring questions and contributing to a knowledge base. Well-written articles and FAQs will help users find answers independently, reducing response times and improving satisfaction.
You’ll collaborate closely with other departments, sharing customer feedback with product and engineering teams. Insights from real conversations often lead to valuable improvements and new feature ideas.
Problem-solving will be part of your daily routine. You’ll identify the root cause of issues, walk customers through step-by-step solutions, and follow up to ensure everything works as expected.
