Running ad campaigns is both an art and a science — and we need someone who understands how to balance performance data with creative strategy. This role is about optimizing every click, impression, and conversion across Google and Meta’s advertising ecosystems.
You’ll take full ownership of multiple paid campaigns, with a focus on driving sales through Google Shopping, Meta Ads Manager, and retargeting funnels. The mission is simple: deliver a strong ROI while scaling ad spend efficiently.
Every decision you make will be backed by data, not guesswork. You’ll analyze performance metrics, adjust bids, and refine targeting based on what actually converts.
Core Responsibilities:
Manage daily PPC operations across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Set up, optimize, and track Shopping Feeds for multiple product categories.
Implement conversion tracking and event-based triggers using analytics tools.
Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, headlines, and audience segments.
Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure ad consistency across platforms.
Understanding the audience journey is key. You’ll map touchpoints from the first impression to final conversion, optimizing each step for engagement and efficiency.
