The coordinator will oversee everything from planning and scheduling to promotion and post-event follow-up. Each campaign should not only attract attendees but also leave a lasting impression that strengthens brand trust.
Attention to detail is critical. Every step—from drafting invites to final email reminders—must be handled with precision and consistency.
Core responsibilities include:
Coordinating webinar and event logistics from concept to completion.
Working with cross-functional teams for scheduling, promotion, and execution.
Drafting and proofreading event-related materials and communications.
Managing timelines and ensuring deliverables stay on track.
Collecting post-event metrics to evaluate campaign success.
The role also involves a creative element. The coordinator will help shape event narratives and ensure that content aligns with both marketing goals and audience expectations.
Strong writing and editing skills are a must. Webinars and events often rely on well-crafted materials such as scripts, case studies, and email sequences to capture attention and drive engagement.
