Legal Consultant for Drafting GDPR-Compliant Privacy Policies
Skills Required
Description
Privacy policies are no longer a formality—they are a legal necessity and a trust signal for customers. We’re looking for a consultant who can create GDPR-compliant policies that meet both legal requirements and user expectations.
The consultant should be able to draft documents that are easy to understand without losing legal accuracy. Complex language may cover risks, but it won’t build trust with end users.
This role will focus on aligning privacy policies with GDPR standards, covering how personal data is collected, stored, processed, and shared.
We expect a consultant who can stay current with evolving regulations, since compliance isn’t a one-time task but an ongoing responsibility.
Attention to detail is essential. Even a small oversight in wording could create liabilities or gaps in compliance.
The consultant should also understand how privacy policies connect with wider marketing practices like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and A/B testing.
Cookies, tracking pixels, and other data collection tools must be transparently explained in ways users can understand.
The project may also require drafting sections on consent management, withdrawal processes, and user rights under GDPR.
We want policies that balance clarity with completeness, ensuring users know what’s happening without being overwhelmed.
Experience working with bilingual documents will be valuable, as policies may need to be available...
