Cross-browser compatibility remains one of the biggest challenges for modern web platforms, and we’re looking for a frontend developer who can improve how our product performs across different environments.
The role will focus on refining the UI, ensuring designs translate accurately and consistently whether viewed on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge. Users should never feel like they’re getting a second-class experience based on the browser they choose.
We expect the developer to have strong experience working with design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, and Illustrator. The goal will be to bridge the gap between polished mockups and seamless implementation.
UX research will guide much of this work. The developer should be able to analyze current user behavior, spot issues tied to browser performance, and propose adjustments backed by real insights.
Attention to detail will be key. Subtle differences in rendering, spacing, or responsiveness across browsers can add up to big inconsistencies if not managed carefully.
This isn’t just about fixing problems—it’s about creating a smoother, more reliable user journey that makes the product feel trustworthy.
