Understanding sales performance requires more than just raw numbers—it needs context, visualization, and clear reporting. We’re looking for a data analyst who can transform data into insights that drive smarter business decisions.
The analyst will work closely with sales and leadership teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. This isn’t about producing one-off reports—it’s about building dashboards that become reliable tools for ongoing decision-making.
SQL will be critical for data extraction, while Excel will be used for managing and validating datasets. From there, Power BI will serve as the central platform for creating visual dashboards that make data accessible to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of DAX is required to build calculated measures and KPIs that provide deeper insights into sales trends. Accuracy is essential, as executives will rely on this information to set targets and evaluate performance.
The analyst should have a strong sense of design when it comes to dashboards. Visualizations should be clear, easy to interpret, and structured in a way that highlights the most important takeaways without overwhelming users.
