Events move fast, and branding needs to make an impact instantly. We’re looking for a designer who can refresh existing materials and deliver updated visuals that stand out while staying consistent with the overall brand identity.
The role involves updating posters, flyers, and digital assets, making sure they’re visually engaging and aligned with event messaging. Typography, layout, and color balance will be key in creating designs that are both modern and functional.
Responsibilities include:
Refreshing and updating event posters, flyers, and handouts.
Designing digital graphics for social media promotion.
Ensuring brand consistency across all printed and digital materials.
Delivering final files in formats ready for both print and online use.
This project is short-term but requires strong attention to detail and quick turnaround. Deadlines will be tight, so efficiency is just as important as creativity.
Skills we’re looking for:
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
Strong eye for layout and typography.
Experience preparing files for print production.
Ability to balance creativity with brand guidelines.
The ideal designer will deliver visuals that feel fresh, energize the event’s branding, and give attendees a strong first impression.
