Running campaigns across Facebook and Google requires a specialist who can manage strategy, execution, and optimization all at once. We’re searching for someone who knows how to balance creativity with analytics to deliver measurable results.
The focus will be on building campaigns that not only reach the right audiences but also generate meaningful conversions. Each platform has its strengths, and the specialist should know how to leverage them effectively.
Core responsibilities include:
Creating and managing ad campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Conducting keyword and audience research to target the right segments.
Writing compelling ad copy that resonates with users.
Monitoring campaigns and making data-driven adjustments.
Running A/B tests to refine messaging and creatives.
Analytics will guide much of the process, so the specialist should feel comfortable interpreting reports and identifying actionable insights. Clear communication of results will be important to keep the team aligned on progress.
The role requires someone who can adapt quickly. If a campaign isn’t performing, we want new strategies tested without delay.
