Managing an online catalog is more than just uploading products—it requires attention to detail, consistency, and an understanding of how listings influence sales. We’re looking for a Shopify specialist who can oversee our product catalog and keep everything accurate and up to date.
The role will involve handling product uploads, ensuring descriptions, images, and pricing are correct. Inventory management will also be central, helping avoid overselling and ensuring customers always see accurate availability.
Responsibilities include:
Uploading and editing product listings in Shopify.
Maintaining accurate inventory across all items.
Using Excel for bulk uploads and data organization.
Reviewing product details for consistency and accuracy.
Updating categories and tags to improve navigation.
The right candidate should understand how product presentation affects customer experience. Listings need to be clear, appealing, and structured to encourage purchases.
Collaboration with the marketing team may be needed to ensure product descriptions align with campaigns or seasonal promotions.
