Designing a fintech dashboard requires both precision and creativity, and we’re looking for a UI designer who can deliver a user-friendly interface with accessibility at its core. The role involves creating layouts that are not only visually appealing but also functional, ensuring that all users, regardless of ability, can navigate the platform with ease.

Figma and Adobe XD will be the primary tools for wireframing and prototyping, and we expect the designer to be comfortable moving quickly from initial concepts to polished interactive designs. Accessibility standards such as color contrast, typography legibility, and navigation support will be a priority, making sure the dashboard is inclusive from the ground up.

The designer should have a strong sense of hierarchy and information design, as fintech dashboards often involve presenting complex data in a clear, digestible way. Every element, from charts to buttons, needs to support decision-making while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic that aligns with professional financial products.

This role will also require collaboration with developers to ensure that design elements translate accurately during implementation. Consistent communication, attention to detail, and openness to feedback will be important for success. Ultimately, we’re aiming for a dashboard design that feels intuitive, efficient, and trustworthy, helping users manage their financial data without friction.
