The tutorials are designed to be educational, so edits must focus on clarity and pacing. Extra effects aren’t always necessary, but when used, they should enhance understanding instead of distracting from the main message.
Long-term consistency matters here. The right editor will help establish a recognizable style across all videos so viewers immediately connect with the channel’s identity.
Premiere Pro will be the main tool, and experience with motion graphics will be useful for creating intros, transitions, or simple animations that improve presentation quality.
Subtitles will be required in most videos. Accuracy and timing are important since accessibility is a big part of the audience experience.
Audio editing will also play a role. Levels must be balanced, background noise reduced, and voice tracks made clear enough for tutorials to be easy to follow.
We want someone who can manage time well. Videos must be edited and uploaded on a consistent schedule to keep the audience engaged.
Creativity will be welcome, especially for shorter clips where experimentation with pacing, music, or effects can make the content stand out.
