The documents should go beyond generic templates. They need to reflect the specific nature of our platform, the services provided, and the ways in which data is collected, processed, and stored. Customization will be critical to ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations is non-negotiable. We want policies that are legally sound across jurisdictions where our users are based, minimizing risk and avoiding future disputes.
The consultant should also account for how our SaaS handles user rights, including consent, data portability, account termination, and refund policies. Transparency and fairness will be key in building trust with customers.
