Providing reliable support in both English and Spanish is essential for our growing customer base, and we’re searching for someone who can assist with live chat, ticketing, and day-to-day troubleshooting. This role requires patience, clear communication, and the ability to guide customers through their issues without creating additional frustration.
The representative will handle inquiries across multiple channels, with a focus on fast response times and maintaining a professional but friendly tone. Since a large percentage of our users prefer Spanish, strong fluency in both spoken and written form is a must for this position.
Responsibilities include:
Managing live chat conversations and resolving issues promptly.
Handling support tickets through our CRM system.
Assisting customers with troubleshooting steps and clear instructions.
Documenting issues accurately so that technical teams have the right context.
A successful candidate will be someone who enjoys problem-solving and has a genuine interest in helping people. Customer support often requires repeating solutions to common issues, but it also demands creativity when unique problems appear.
The position is entry-level, but professionalism and consistency are expected from day one. Training will be provided on systems and processes, yet we want someone who can quickly adapt and start delivering value.
