Partnerships are a core part of our growth strategy, and we need a legal advisor who can draft a comprehensive agreement that protects all parties involved. The document should clearly outline responsibilities, rights, and obligations in a way that avoids ambiguity.
The agreement must reflect not only the business terms but also the legal safeguards that ensure long-term stability. We want someone who can anticipate potential risks and include provisions that address them upfront.
Compliance is also a critical factor. The agreement should be drafted in line with current regulations, including GDPR where applicable, since some of the partnership activities may involve data processing.
We expect the advisor to approach this project with a balance of thoroughness and practicality. The contract should be legally sound but not overly complicated, making it easy for all signatories to understand.
