Responsibilities include:
Building and scheduling posts across multiple platforms.
Monitoring performance and adapting content based on analytics.
Managing community interactions with professionalism and warmth.
Creating campaigns around seasonal themes and trending topics.
Collaboration with the design team will be important, as all content should align with our brand guidelines. You should be comfortable working with tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and Figma to adjust visuals when needed.
We also want to see a strong understanding of typography, color use, and storytelling through images. Even small details in design can make a big difference in how posts are received.
