Fluent communication in Spanish is critical for this role because a large segment of our customers prefer engaging in their native language. We are searching for someone who can provide professional, empathetic, and accurate responses.
Our customer support team handles inquiries from multiple regions, and we want to strengthen our Spanish-language support to improve customer satisfaction. The ability to respond in both written and spoken Spanish with clarity will be a major advantage.
This position involves more than answering questions. You’ll be helping customers navigate our services, resolve account issues, and provide timely information that builds trust.
Daily tasks will cover a variety of responsibilities that require organization and attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include:
Responding to customer emails and messages in Spanish and English.
Managing tickets through our CRM system and ensuring timely follow-ups.
Assisting with order processing and resolving common billing questions.
Our internal systems are straightforward, but we need someone who can learn quickly and adapt to different workflows without needing constant oversight.
