Onboarding is often the first experience users have with a mobile app, and it can decide whether they continue or drop off. This project requires a UX researcher who can evaluate every step and ensure it feels intuitive.
The work will involve direct user research to understand how new users interact with the app and where friction occurs.
Insights must be translated into actionable design improvements that streamline the onboarding process and improve retention.
