Social media campaigns require consistency, creativity, and attention to detail. This role focuses on supporting the marketing team by preparing, scheduling, and monitoring content across multiple channels.
The assistant will use Canva to design simple but eye-catching graphics that align with the brand’s visual identity. Templates may be provided, but the ability to adapt and customize is essential.
Responsibilities will include:
Scheduling posts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Researching and adding relevant hashtags to increase reach
Drafting short captions that engage followers
Keeping track of post performance and noting trends
Content scheduling tools will be a big part of daily work. Familiarity with platforms like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite will help keep the calendar organized and on track.
Strong communication skills are valuable. The assistant may be asked to reply to simple comments or messages, keeping the brand’s voice consistent.
