Managing content across multiple platforms can be time-consuming. This role is focused on scheduling posts and keeping email communication organized.

The assistant will work with scheduling tools to ensure social media posts go out on time and match the brand calendar.

Responsibilities will include:

Uploading and scheduling content

Checking for formatting or display issues

Reporting on scheduled activity when needed

Email management is another core part of this job. Sorting, prioritizing, and drafting responses will help maintain a clean inbox.

Attention to detail is vital. A missed post or overlooked email could disrupt campaigns or slow communication with clients.

Preferred skills:

Strong organizational habits

Familiarity with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar

Clear written communication for professional emails

Some basic data entry tasks may also be assigned. This could include updating spreadsheets or maintaining content trackers.
