Copywriting skills are required. From short subject lines to longer follow-up emails, every message needs to align with the brand voice while nudging recipients to take action.
Analytics will be part of the day-to-day. Understanding which campaigns drive registrations and where drop-offs happen will help refine future strategies.
Coordination with internal teams and guest speakers may be necessary. Making sure details like event titles, times, and topics are consistent across all channels is essential.
The ideal coordinator is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable running campaigns end-to-end without needing constant direction.
