The project requires a Technical Project Manager who can take ownership of delivery while keeping the team aligned with business priorities. The role isn’t just about managing tasks; it’s about ensuring that projects move forward smoothly, risks are controlled, and stakeholders stay confident in progress.
Experience with Agile and Scrum is a must. The manager will be expected to guide sprint planning, oversee daily stand-ups, and track deliverables using tools such as Jira and Confluence. Clear reporting and documentation will play a central part in maintaining visibility for the entire team.
This position also involves working directly with stakeholders. The manager should be comfortable gathering requirements, translating them into actionable tasks, and making sure feedback is integrated without derailing timelines. Strong communication will make the difference between average and excellent performance here.
