The Senior DevOps Engineer will be responsible for designing systems that prioritize high availability, fault tolerance, and efficient resource utilization. Every architectural decision will be made with scalability and performance in mind.
AWS will be the primary cloud platform, leveraging services such as EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, and CloudWatch. A deep understanding of AWS architecture will be essential for optimizing performance while keeping costs manageable.
Containerization will be at the heart of the deployment process, with Docker used to package applications in a portable, consistent format. This ensures smooth operations across different environments.
Kubernetes will be used for container orchestration, managing deployments, scaling, and automated rollbacks. Configurations will be optimized for performance and resilience.
Infrastructure automation will be handled with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, allowing for reproducible, version-controlled environments.
