We’re hiring a technical writer who can help us document our SaaS platform clearly and professionally.

This is a long-term role, ideal for someone who understands how to break down technical concepts into easy-to-understand language.

You'll work closely with our developers, QA team, and product managers to gather details about features and workflows.

Your writing should be clean, concise, and user-focused—whether you're working on API docs, user guides, or onboarding content.

Experience with tools like Figma, Shopify, and JavaScript terminology is a big plus.

You'll be writing for both technical and non-technical users, so adaptability in tone is key.

We expect strong collaboration and the ability to ask the right questions to fill in missing information.

Our team works across English and Spanish markets, so bilingual communication is a bonus (but not required).

You should be comfortable working independently and hitting deadlines without heavy supervision.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys refining documentation over time as the product evolves.
