Description
Our marketing website is built on a mix of WordPress and Webflow, and we are actively seeking an expert to lead the integration of our CRM system into the current digital ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who understands both frontend structure and backend logic to bridge the gap between our website and our customer relationship management tools.
The CRM we’re using collects inbound leads, tracks user behavior, and maps customer journeys. However, it’s currently disconnected from our website forms and user interaction data. Your goal will be to create a seamless, real-time integration that keeps all data consistent, trackable, and reportable.
You’ll need to evaluate our current setup, identify bottlenecks, and recommend the best method to push and pull data between the CRM and our CMS platforms. API familiarity and the ability to handle both custom-built solutions and third-party plugins are critical.
Form submissions across several landing pages will need to be captured and automatically synced with the CRM, assigning appropriate tags or segmentation labels. At the same time, this information must also be passed through to Google Data Studio for reporting and insight generation.
Stripe is also integrated for payment flows on our site, and that data should ideally feed into the CRM. Tracking customer actions post-payment will be one of the KPIs this system needs to measure. Familiarity with data syncing across payment platforms and ...
