QA Tester for End-to-End Flows in Subscription App

Description
We’re hiring a QA tester to rigorously test the end-to-end user journeys of our subscription-based application. From user sign-up to recurring billing, we want to ensure every flow is seamless, reliable, and fully functional across all supported platforms.
The app integrates several key systems including Stripe for payments, Firebase for authentication, and PostgreSQL for data handling. As a QA tester, your primary role will be to validate that these components work harmoniously across multiple user scenarios.
You’ll work closely with our development team to identify bugs, inconsistencies, and UI/UX glitches, particularly in areas such as onboarding, plan upgrades/downgrades, cancellations, and user notifications.
Clarity and detail in reporting are essential. Each issue must be well-documented with reproduction steps, screenshots or videos (where applicable), and priority suggestions.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct thorough manual testing of subscription flows
Validate all payment-related interactions using Stripe
Review and test Firebase-based authentication flows
Test API integration points between frontend and backend
Log issues in our task management system with detailed notes
Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure fast fixes
Preferred experience:
Hands-on testing with Stripe or similar billing tools
Familiarity with tools like Postman, Figma, ...
