This project requires a skilled UX Researcher to lead user interviews and gather actionable insights that will directly influence our product roadmap. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience conducting moderated interviews, usability testing, and synthesizing findings into clear, strategic recommendations. The goal is to understand how users interact with our mobile and web applications, identify pain points, and surface opportunities for improved design and functionality. A strong grasp of tools such as Firebase, Docker, and knowledge of database systems like MongoDB and PostgreSQL will be beneficial for collaborating with the development team during research validation. Experience working in agile environments and with mobile-first interfaces is preferred. Bilingual capabilities in English and Spanish are necessary, and knowledge of German is a plus. This is a short-term, fixed-price role with high visibility and direct impact on a rapidly evolving product.
