React Developer to Refactor Frontend Components
Skills Required
Description
Refactoring is long overdue on our current frontend, and we're ready to streamline things. This project involves reviewing and restructuring a range of React components to make them cleaner, more modular, and easier to maintain moving forward.
Strong knowledge of React.js, Redux, and Tailwind CSS is essential. The ideal candidate should also be comfortable working with TypeScript and know how to write scalable code with reusable logic.
Much of the current codebase is bloated with duplicated logic and inconsistent patterns. Your job will be to improve component structure, remove redundancy, and align everything with modern React best practices.
Clear communication will be helpful, especially when documenting changes or asking for clarification on functionality. Expect to collaborate with our in-house designer and backend developer to ensure smooth integration.
If you’ve previously worked on component libraries or handled large-scale refactors in React projects, we’d love to see examples. Clean, maintainable code and a thoughtful approach will go a long way here.
