Our design files have grown cluttered over time and need a thorough clean-up to bring back structure and clarity. They're currently used by multiple team members, and without a consistent organization system, it's getting hard to navigate.
The goal is to hire a detail-oriented Figma expert who can help restructure these files without changing any design elements. This role is all about tidiness, naming consistency, and effective grouping.
Some of the files are spread across different pages, with unused frames and leftover elements from older versions. Your job will be to audit and simplify wherever possible.
It's important that component naming follows a logical hierarchy and that layers are labeled in a clear, uniform manner. We also expect the use of proper Figma best practices, especially regarding assets and symbols.
This is a short-term engagement, but if it works out well, there could be more ongoing design system-related tasks in the future.
You won’t need to make design changes, but having a design eye is definitely helpful. That way, you’ll understand what can be archived, removed, or reused smartly.
Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as our design annotations and team notes are in Spanish. However, communication can be done in English as needed.
