We’re aiming to create a consistent and engaging presence across our social channels. Our team needs someone who understands content strategy and knows how to connect with audiences in a meaningful way.
Experience with weekly post planning, hashtag research, and analytics is important. The role includes setting up a schedule, coordinating with internal updates, and ensuring all posts go live on time.
Each platform has a different audience, and we're looking for someone who can customize voice and visuals accordingly—whether it’s LinkedIn for professional updates or Instagram for visual storytelling.
You'll collaborate closely with our design and product teams to highlight key features, customer stories, and promotions. There’s plenty of flexibility in how you approach it, but we value structure and consistency.
A content calendar needs to be maintained in advance. If a post underperforms, you should be able to evaluate why and make adjustments for the future.
Familiarity with Shopify and WordPress is preferred, as you may need to coordinate content that links back to our store or blog. Light SEO knowledge is a plus—just enough to optimize captions and boost visibility.
What You'll Be Doing:
Plan and publish 3–5 posts per week across Instagram, LinkedIn, and X
Develop a monthly content calendar using Notion or Airtable
