Web Developer to Build Simple Static Marketing Site

Need someone who can help us build a clean, simple static marketing website. The goal is clarity and speed, not complexity.
This will be a single-page or maybe a small multi-page layout — focused on introducing our service and capturing leads.
I already have rough wireframes and content ready. What I need is someone who can translate that into clean HTML/CSS and deploy it via Webflow or a simple static stack.
No fancy backend or integrations, just a professional, lightweight site that loads quickly and works across devices.
If you’ve built fast, mobile-friendly marketing sites before, you’ll feel right at home with this one.
I care about nice typography, whitespace, and little touches that make a page feel premium — even when it’s simple.
Animations are optional, but subtle effects (hover states, transitions) would be a bonus if implemented well.
I want someone who’s not going to over-engineer things. Clean code. Easy to maintain. That’s all I ask.
We'll use a lightweight form handler or just a Stripe embed for one of the sections — nothing complicated.
Communication is key. I’d appreciate updates along the way so I can review progress and suggest small tweaks as needed.
