We’re looking to rewrite our About Us page to better reflect who we are and how we show up for our customers. The current version feels too generic and stiff — it doesn’t capture our team’s personality or mission the way we’d like it to.
The tone we’re aiming for is friendly, honest, and human, while still staying professional and polished. We want visitors to get a genuine sense of our values, culture, and what makes us different — not just a list of milestones or buzzwords.
You won’t be starting from scratch — we’ll provide the current copy, some key talking points, and a rough outline of what we’d like to include. But we’re trusting you to bring the right energy and voice to it.
This page is an important part of our brand, especially for new leads who want to know who’s behind the product. It needs to sound confident, clear, and sincere. No fluff. No clichés. Just real storytelling that connects.
We're not trying to sound like a giant corporate company — we're a small team, and we want that to come through. But we also want the page to look and read like it's been crafted with care.
You’ll be collaborating closely with our brand manager, who will give feedback and help you stay aligned with our tone guidelines. If you’ve worked with SaaS or service-based brands before, that’s a plus, but not required.
