Site is running on WordPress — decent theme, not too many plugins, but performance is rough.

Things we need fixed:

✅ CLS issues on mobile
✅ Delayed font rendering
✅ LCP above 3s on key pages
✅ Scroll jank on homepage banners
✅ Lazy loading isn’t working properly
✅ Need better caching/CDN config
✅ JS minification + deferral setup
✅ Inline critical CSS if possible
✅ Reduce server response time
