Translate Website Content from English to Japanese – Native Speaker Only

We’re currently localizing our website for the Japanese market and need someone fluent — ideally a native speaker — to help us get it right. This isn’t just about direct translation; we need the messaging to make sense culturally as well.
The site is related to tech services and includes landing pages, product descriptions, some UI text, and basic blog content. While the material isn’t highly technical, a background in marketing or tech writing would definitely help.
We’ve already got the English content finalized and structured, so you'll be working directly from our live site and some Figma files. We’re looking for someone who can preserve the tone while adapting things naturally for a Japanese audience.
Timing matters. We’d like to have the bulk of the content translated in the next 2 to 3 weeks, with a few extra days built in for revisions or updates based on feedback from our local marketing partner.
Please don’t use tools like Google Translate — we’ve tried that internally, and it just doesn’t read right. We’re looking for professional-quality, human translation that sounds natural and clean.
If you've worked on similar web translation or localization projects, we’d love to hear about them. Bonus points if you’ve translated for SaaS or service-based companies before.
