React Developer Wanted for E-commerce Platform – Start Immediately

n established e-commerce brand is preparing for a major platform upgrade, and we’re looking for an experienced React developer to help drive the transition. Our current tech stack is functional but lacks flexibility and speed — this role is all about improving that.

You’ll be building responsive components and refining existing interfaces to ensure users have a smooth shopping experience across all devices. From product listings to checkout flows, performance and polish will be top priorities.

The platform is integrated with Shopify on the backend, so familiarity with Shopify’s APIs and structure is a big plus. You’ll also be working with our Express.js backend to tie frontend changes into business logic and inventory management.

We’re a bilingual team (English and Spanish), and the platform serves users in both languages, so strong communication skills and attention to localization details are essential.

While the initial focus is on improving UI and performance, you’ll also help implement new features — flash sales, loyalty rewards, and smart filters are all on the roadmap.

We move fast, and we need someone who can keep up. The ability to take ownership of tasks, write clean code, and collaborate with other developers is critical.
