Description
We’re searching for a creative mind to help us build a warm, engaging welcome email series in Klaviyo. This series will be the first impression for new subscribers, so we want it to feel personal, on-brand, and value-driven from the first email to the last.
Our e-commerce platform is scaling quickly, and we want to ensure new users are onboarded with clarity and care. You’ll be responsible for creating a sequence that educates, builds trust, and encourages the first conversion—whether that’s a purchase, sign-up, or download.
We already have some brand visuals and tone-of-voice guidelines, but you’ll have the freedom to shape the flow, structure, and messaging. Each email should serve a purpose—whether it's introducing the brand, highlighting products, or sharing customer stories.
While Klaviyo will be your main playground, you’ll also collaborate with our design and UX team to make sure the emails are visually consistent with our overall platform experience. A strong grasp of UI/UX is appreciated since you’ll help guide layout decisions, even within email constraints.
Understanding automation logic and event triggers is key—we want each email to feel like it lands at just the right time. If you’re experienced in Klaviyo flows, conditional splits, and audience segmentation, we’d love to hear how you’ve used these tools before.
