Need Designer for Interactive PDF Form

We're searching for a designer who knows how to blend function with beauty—especially inside a PDF.
This project involves creating an interactive PDF form that’s both clean and intuitive for users across devices.
You'll be working closely with our content and operations team to ensure the PDF collects the correct inputs while aligning with our brand style.
The form will need elements like dropdowns, checkboxes, radio buttons, fillable fields, and possibly calculated fields—all properly styled.
Experience with platforms like Canva is helpful, but we’re really looking for someone who understands the functionality required in modern PDFs.
We've had static PDFs in the past, but they lacked engagement and made data collection inefficient.
We want this version to be something users enjoy interacting with—clean typography, clear callouts, and visual cues are important.
If you’ve designed forms for lead generation, onboarding, or customer surveys, this is in your wheelhouse.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with existing brand guides and templates while still bringing creative suggestions to the table.
Serverless knowledge isn't a must but a bonus if you’ve used it to connect PDFs with backend workflows.
We plan to use this document in multiple languages over time, so the layout must support easy duplication or translation adjustments.
