Improving our email deliverability is a top priority right now. We're specifically looking to refine our Mailgun setup to ensure our transactional and marketing emails reliably reach user inboxes.

Deliverability issues have recently impacted open rates and engagement, so we want someone with hands-on experience in DNS configuration, SPF/DKIM records, and reputation monitoring.

The Mailgun domain is already configured, but we’re encountering bounce and spam folder problems. A deep audit and fix is needed to bring the system into proper compliance with best practices.

You should be comfortable checking and setting up authentication protocols like DMARC, identifying potential blacklisting issues, and improving our IP/domain reputation.

If you’ve worked with interactive form confirmations, signup flows, and email-based automations, that would be a plus.

This is a short-term task but may lead to more ongoing deliverability and infrastructure optimization work.

We're open to recommendations on additional tools, such as inbox testing platforms or reputation monitoring services, to improve reliability.
