We’ve built a solid MVP, but our onboarding experience still feels clunky and inconsistent across devices. Users drop off during sign-up, and we believe it's largely due to friction in the first few minutes.
The app is designed for small teams and solopreneurs, helping them centralize their CRM tasks and automate everyday workflows. But if we lose them at onboarding, they never get to experience that value.
This project isn’t just about UI—it's about crafting a simple, logical, and responsive flow that immediately makes users feel guided and understood.
We're especially interested in working with someone who can think from the user’s perspective. The goal is to reduce steps, simplify decisions, and provide contextual prompts.
A seamless cross-device experience is a must. The current mobile view lacks consistency with desktop, and form behaviors vary between browsers.
We already have a Figma file that outlines the general flow, but it's due for an overhaul—visually and structurally. You’ll have the freedom to suggest new wireframes or reorganize the current ones.

Conduct a quick UX audit on the current onboarding process
Propose improvements or completely new flow if needed
Create responsive layouts in Figma
