Seeking Help Integrating Twilio with My CRM System

Twilio integration has been on our roadmap for a while, and we’re finally ready to move forward. The objective is to connect our CRM with Twilio to streamline SMS notifications for new leads, follow-ups, and status updates.

Our CRM is already functional, but it lacks native communication tools. By integrating Twilio, we want to eliminate the need to manually trigger messages or update clients on progress.

No need to build a system from scratch—we’ve prepared key endpoints and workflows that just need to be connected and tested properly.

This project will focus primarily on outbound messages, but we’ll expand into inbound replies and conversation logging in the next phase.

Familiarity with WooCommerce and Webflow would be helpful as our CRM feeds in data from both platforms.

Strong experience with API connections, webhooks, and Twilio's messaging platform is essential. If you’ve worked on automation flows before, that’s exactly what we’re after.
