Build Lightweight CRM Dashboard in Airtable

Looking to get a custom CRM dashboard built inside Airtable. I’ve been trying to manage client data and project timelines with a few scattered tools, but it’s getting messy. I need a centralized, lightweight solution that helps me stay on top of everything.
The ideal setup would be clean and intuitive—nothing overly complex. I want to keep the interface minimal but efficient, allowing for quick data entry and clear visibility into tasks, follow-ups, and deal stages.
You should have strong Airtable experience and understand how to structure data in a way that supports automation and ease of use. I’d like to be able to filter by project stage, assign tasks, and maybe even auto-send notifications or reminders using built-in Airtable automations or something like Zapier.
I don’t have an existing CRM to migrate from—this will be built from scratch. So I’m open to hearing how you would approach the layout and structure. I’m especially interested in people who have worked with sales pipelines or client lifecycle tracking in Airtable before.
The dashboard should ideally include a client database, task manager, notes section, and a simple calendar view. If you’ve already created similar systems, feel free to share examples or templates you've worked on.
